Disinformation at its best. There isn't a 'total blockade' of Gaza, simply a lessening of trucks per day from ~70 to 40-50 trucks per day. Hardly a blockade. Israel still supplies Gaza with 70% of its electricity, all of its water, most of the humanitarian aid (about 80-90%) with the meager leftovers provided by Egypt.
So much for 'Arab sympathy' for the 'Palestinians' plight'.
And this bit about 'Palestine' in the first place. Only in 1962-63 did Arabs adopt this term.

There are simply less stuff coming in. Mostly along the lines of duel fertilizers (used for qassam fuel), washing machines/refrigerators (used for smuggling weapons, explosives), etc.
Why do you not ask when the Gazans breached the Gaza/Egypt border that they came back with cigarettes, tv's, radios, cheap Chinese motorcycles, MANPADS, etc.
Hardly the signs of a population that suffers so much. Look at Sudan for actual suffering....
