The Saitek X52 is a two-part controller -- a stick for the cyclic and a moving handle for the collective. Just Google it and you'll see. I don't know if it works with Vista, I don't have Vista. Check Saitek's website for that information.
I love the X52, particularly since I reversed the axis for the throttle (collective for a helicopter) and attached it to the side of my chair so that, instead of pushing it forward to increase RPMs, I "lift" it, in the same manner as one would do in a real helicopter. I don't know if it works with Vista. Check the Saitek site to find out.
