use a torch quick on the edges and it will cause the edges to be less cloudy so you can actually see through the guitar clear from the sides.

Body material has everything to do with tone, especially for players whose sustain doesn't rely on cranking the gain on your amp up and playing through a volumn of distortion pedals til your guitar sounds like a skil saw. Believe me wood is the last thing to worry about when it come to electric guitars. It means about one thing... Weight. I jut took a squire and threw seymour Duncan invader in bridge and hotrail bridge in the neck. Floyd rose original. It's the perfect guitar. Sounds increadable for everything. Specially with dual split coils. Metal is my thing tho. And compaired to my Gibson explorer with emgs I don't see any difference in quality. Body material is nothing to electric guitars

it is called soluble oil it looks like regular oil but when you add water it turns white all machine shops use it he is using it to stop the tool melting the plastic as it cuts

i think he got the blank cast, which doesn't seem that expensive to get. where i am it's like 100$ for the cast blank and like 50$ for machining. it's a great if you want a lot of treble, or so i've been told.

haha no, its most likely a coolant of some sort or a lube of some sort to keep the router from burning the plastic.

Water would work for cooling the part but all the precision parts of the machine are unpainted. So within a few hours the machine would begin to rust. The industrial coolant has rust inhibiters so with proper maintenence you can run for decades without the machine rusting.
