dk said they get me givi rack so i payed for it . never phone me to say could not get one then said no ones got one so went on ebay and got one there delived in 2 days not customer freindly
Personal experince of DK: Impossible to get through to part department on the phone so my spend went elsewhere.
Kawasaki salesman was very helpful and informative,
Suzuki salesman appeared to be lacking in product knowledge
Service department appears scruffy and unwelcoming. A personlal enquiry did not make me feel that DK would be that interested in my bike so it is serviced elsehwere, further from home.
never ever go dk for a bike after sales customer service is disgusting
