I don't put anything past the government these days. Although there are parts that might be overblown, the overall problem is still the same. We, the taxpayers, are losing money b/c companies like Halliburton burn trucks b/c they have flat tires... and the water contamination thing is disgusting. They should be fired immediately, and an investigation should take place by non biased people

I do agree with you partially. Keep in mind many Republicans & Democrats in the Congress voted to go to war, and many Republicans & Democrats in Congress had money invested in companies that have government defense contracts or sell wartime goods (i.e. weapons). These companies have increased their profits 10fold + since the war began, and you better believe that is the reason we're over there. I do agree that Dems have better ideas on wealth distribution, so they are the lesser of 2 evils.

Frontline did a good special report called "Private Warriors". There is a telling scene where a Frontline journalist asks a KBR public relations chick how much each meal is costing. The KBR PR chick sys,"Well,... we don't really break these costs down to this level, blah, blah, accounting, blah..." Then they ask a Marine Sargeant the same question and he shows them in a logbook exactly how much everything is costing, down to the napkins. $9 billion missing!

I get about 15-20 emails a day and I'm just a regular guy. I bet a big-wig helping to run a million-dollar company gets about 300 a day. I also bet that half of those emails are from regular people w/ a "sense of entitlement" complex, believing they need to know everything about everyone.
