what is abnormal to you? There is no "normal" gender or sexuality. Those are all separately constructed by culture, society, and politics. Sex binaries and gender binaries are norm because they are constructed and promoted, yet that doesn't mean that they are the right way. It's simply gender perfomativity. Read some judith butler or foucault theory, or really post-structuralist text. I think you're thinking and education doesn't correlate to theory on gender, sex, and sexuality today.

If you believe in the bible, then so be it, but the bible shouldn't be involved within laws governing the lives of others as well as their happiness. If that were true, then divorce would be illegal.

It is no secret that all people of faith want laws that have bible backing. We did have such laws in the past , the fathers of this country made sure of that. The laws being done away with now is not what My generation wrote but what generations before wrote. They believed you had the freedom to do whats right not whats wrong. They as I believe beastilty,Pedifilia ,homosexuailty and adultery are wrong according to the bible.

also if you study the divorce issue out, a person could get married again in the case of: death of a spouse , desertion one spouse leaves another(sin), and adultery ( a sin) other than these reasons. you are right ,divorce can be a sin as much as homosexuailty. God will judge all that are wrong , not just a person who is a Homosexual. In Gods word I do not have civil rights to Practice sin.

I agree with you to a degree, My faith is the final word of what I believe is wrong and right, But when it comes to minorities, the Bible has always said they were equal and I believe that. As far as a open mind that says anything is right as long as someone wants it, I do not agree with that. Just like adultry, just because lust is there does not make it right. You don't need special protections, If someone does something to you they go to jail just like anyone else. I understand that might be the law there in Montana, although others don't like to say so our fore fathers were almost all Christians and believed homosexuality was a sin, the laws are very old not new.

I didnt fully understand your comment, but if you mean a lot of homosexuals have children and families, then I disagree as I dont believe that many do. I also believe that those with familys etc are actually only in that situation due to the conservative environments they grew up in, which forced them to hide their true sexuality and be pushed into a marriage as it was expected of them by their family and peers.

I think I mentioned in another comment that I realised after posting that first comment that you were refering to paedos, rather than homos. With that in mind, I dont see how your point about paedophiles often being in familys is relevant to linking homosexuals with paedophilia. In fact, it actually disproves your own original point that paedophiles that target boys are definately homosexual. I have disproven that idea with scientific sources and can provide many more if needbe.

I see paedophilia as a mental disorder which the individual cannot be blamed for. I see child molestation as a crime, which the individual can be blamed for. The bible (according to some interpretations) says that homosexuality is unnatural... but then demands that people supress their natural desire (lust). This seems contradictory. Turning people in to murderers in order to control lust also seems to be very imoral.
Our population is bigger than ever, with that comes increased risk of disease. We also have far better medical care than ever before etc. STDs are the risk of the consenting individual to take.
