Well actually, i have friends who are just extremely good at this game. Thay use ten sensitivities and can do 360 no scopes in public matches. EVERY match i play with them they get at least 30 kills. They just have a feel for the game.

I wouldn't say this video exhibited true skill because the other team wasn't comprised of experienced players. If they were truly skilled players, they wouldn't all be in the same building at the same time; they were pretty much asking to get naded. Also, the majority of the opposite team was snipers which points out another problem. Unless they were ALL capable of using a sniper for close to long range combat, they were just setting themselves up for an SMG slaughter.
