uhm.. yeah the green text is really annoying. i know a few djs at a club i worked for one time had two of their female staff prego at the same time... i wanted to scream. because those people don't even play SL anymore and i think one actualyl split with the partner before the kids were even "born" so to speak.

its called a talker..you can activate it in options BUT only when you use mic..it doesnt gonna happen when you type..then you hear the typing sound ..
