@LeeClaxton no, seats are assigned during check-in. I remembered for this flight, I was able to pick my seat online online for a small fee (I just checked, its MYR6 for choosing a standard seat, MYR30 for a Hot Seat for shorthaul)
i been KLIA before ! love that place(although im from new york). good job malaysia! i support malaysian. and i dont like indonesia airport , i been there before the place is SUCKS. I LOVE MALAYSIA!!! <3
@RvXKaz And I do agree that LCCT terminal doesn't really need jetways cuz it's operating budget flight anyway. One funny thing is should passengers demand for jetways while he/she only paid RM 15 for the whole trip.
@amerhuzairy100 heys, i remember they conducted a buy-on-board snack service but they don't have hot meals for sale but you can pre-order your hot meals on their website if you want a meal (which was what i did) it was delicious! haha... where are you flying with AirAsia to?
Air Asia is great. It has a perfect safety record, the flight attendants are nice and the prices are very often low. I have flown many times with them and there is no better low budget company than Air Asia.
@5zacefron the flight time for this particular flight is 51mins. by flight, its usually less than an hour between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. cheers :)
I flew AirAsia from Kuching to Penang and back few days ago. Althought it's a low cost carrier, the airline provides good services and the crews are friendly. Really aniticipate to fly with them again.
@danzelsp i think its because they had some sort of disagreement with changi airport authority so air asia rather pay to use T1 facilities and boycott the budget terminal.
hey, air asia very bad. I once holidaying in jakarta by air asia our flight is supposed to be at 20:40. But delayed to 22:40. So, we reached there at 1 in the morning =(
hihi danzelsp haha my flight was delayed too... but I thought their service standards and crew are better than other budget airlines. what do you think?
hihi ithanwilliams, i am really biased for Japan Airlines which showcases the excellent Japanese hospitality onboard, but I've always had consistently good flights with KLM. But my best flight experience ever had to be on SWISS when they used to fly from Singapore to Bangkok. I really must thank the SWISS flight attendents who made me hooked on flying ever since... heh...
@RvXKaz thats good KLM are good i flyed with them before they are good and emirates i like the look of there food nice and they do the long flights and short flight. lol
@RvXKaz yeah lol :p thay are my fav airline lol love there food and drinks and the cabin crew are nice there are the best airline i flyed with at the momment .
Thanks a lot for bringing on this wonderful flight report. Your experience makes me hardly wait to sample the airline myself next month. Great insight review of Kuala Lumpur Low Cost Terminal. Let'see if I can drop by at that particular restaurant.
hello RvXKaz,yea have flown on the emirates a380 and will do so again in september.it is an amazing aircraft and emirates have just ordered another 32 to go with the 58 on order.wow!
hey SuperKippax, you're lucky! yeah emirates really have lofty ambitions. its amazing how and where can they fill up that kind of capacity. Regardless, I hope to try their A380 soon haha
Didn't RvXKaz say his last flight was only $10 US each way? If so a little savings for a flight is nothing for a plane spotter. My question to him would be, if he wants to become a pilot and live the dream?
Yo TalksWithDirt! Yeah I did save up abit so I could enjoy myself the past few flights, very thoroughly I'd say.
Becoming a pilot is like the ultimate dream for me. But I am resigned to fate, I'm trained in the business field and physics/engineering isn't my forte since high school. Oh well...
@RvXKaz I'm a trained engineer and majored in physics in college. I'm also a private pilot. You do not need a engineering background to become a pilot. A pilot is first and foremost a task master. You do not need an engineering background. I have many friends who are pilots and they did not major in the hard sciences. To become a ATP rated pilot in the USA costs on the order of $140,000. Your private pilots license will run you about $6000. You are young, if you have no family to support .....
@TalksWithDirt If you are willing to live 'poor' in the USA, you can pay for a good portion of your ATP by instructing. For that you need your Private Pilots License, Commercial, and then Cirt Flight Instructor. That is about $30,000 worth of school, fees, and flying.
great vid again, for a low cost airline it looked a good service.the jal 777 looked nice.keep the vids coming and i guess you will be looking forward to the new 787 dreamliner!
Yeah the dreamliner just looks amazing, I can't wait. :) But I haven't tried the A380 either. Its a flying whale to me but it seems like it should be on every plane enthusiast's to-do list. Have you flown with the A380?
Hello CaptFlippO13, TalksWithDirt is right, I'm flying quite abit recently as I've found some really good deals and I'm currently on a break so I'm hopping about before my school term starts again. I'll have to cut back on my flying extravaganza once I start school. haha
Hey 11Sqd3, thanks for viewing! Yeah I'm currently taking a break and enjoying myself before I start school again. After my school term starts, I'm afraid I won't have time to be making videos :(

When flying on AirAsia, do you get your own seat choice, or is it first come, first serve for the window seats?

People always complain for their delay. But inside, they won't dare to tell you that AirAsia offering ticket for free or extreme low price.

@Chris58851 you're right! frankly, sometimes you get what you pay for when you fly budget :(
