That isn't actually David Hasselhoff (obvious thing to say). That is Derek Hatton who was something like a Labour Councillor in LIverpool in the mid 1980s. NHP made a silly joke saying it is David Hasselhoff - Not really funny! However, this guy so deserved the gunge (Anyone who remembers him from the 1980s will agree with this comment - Thieving toerag!)
