@evoman1776 Do you even know who the other guys are? Too much Faux News for you, go watch the discovery channel, hopefully they'll help you discover a brain.
@xonoma Wow, the discovery channel -- you must have a PhD. I know who they all are and that's my point. You put three people on there who have no business being included with the others, in my opinion.
Great video! Especially with Gravel there. He's one of my heroes, as he should be to most people in this country who don't need to fear being drafted because of this man's accomplishments!!!
I fail to follow how all those books re-written in several languages and several translations time and time again can still be referred to as "his word" but.. whatever.
About this short video. Loved it! I admire each and every one of these persons as well. Funny... I was trying to look up Neil deGrasse Tyson when he appeard on The Daily show.. and stumbled on this :)
I follow Jesus Christ. If that makes a "crazy one", then so be it. I believe in His word from Genesis to Revelation. I love witnessing to the lost. it is our Greatest duty as believers, because it is the one thing we will not be able to do in Heaven. if any one is interested in further texting you can hit me on my page. i am also open for debating. i am slated to lose my internet soon. but i will use the public library to continue to fight the good fight. In Jesus name AMEN:)
Being religious doesn't make you crazy. The people who manipulate religion are the bad ones.
But, either way, GREAT VIDEO!!! Especially with Mike Gravel on the list. He's become one of my biggest heroes. I think Ron Paul should be on the list, too . . . although you probably don't agree with him, you would have to be in denial to not realize that he has inspired new thoughts in this country about peace and freedom.
You stupid idiot. You are not an "atheist" its spelled "atheist" please dont use a label you dont know how to spell. Now why cant all that be handled by secular means.
"You are not an "atheist" its spelled "atheist" please dont use a label you dont know how to spell."
-- LOL!
Now, if you want to actully discuss something, that would be great; but I'm not going to get bogged down with some pseudo-intellectual who thinks all religious people are idiots. I have Bill Maher for that.
I was going back and forth with Paul, it bothered me a great deal that he's against women's right to choose. Plus, I wasn't sure why he's so anti-agencies, and after I've read what Noam Chomsky had to say about it, I didn't think much of Paul's ideas. I think what really tipped me over the edge was when I found out he does not believe in evolution. Still, with regards to the war on terrorism and the war on drugs he did really well knocking some sense into his party and everyone who listened.
Yeah, I'm pro-choice and I'm not nearly as fanatical as he is about eliminating agencies. HOWEVER, I couldn't care less that he doesn't believe in evolution. The thing about Paul was that he got me to question things. Before I came across him, I was behind any Democrat and hated EVERY Republican. Without thinking, I fell in line and supported every liberal idea. But Paul has got me to question A LOT of things! He has helped me really mature my belifs. To me, that is what intellectuals do.
Being religious doesn't make you crazy... agreed! What it does make you is indoctrinated into a mass delusion. The problem with most organized religion is that it is structured with thought crimes "sins" which put certain free thought off limits. This is a means of brain washing and thought control.
Well done retake on this classic.

Well, I will say this: I regret not having included Ron Paul, but it's too late now.
gobbledygookie 2 years ago
You should have put Bush, Obama, McCain, and the clintons in there too. lol

? you either believe in a talking snake or you dont. No one is manipulating that. Either your magic is real or it isnt.
dragoonthief 3 years ago
No.
People find good things out of religion, and religion DOES preach good -- and at times bad -- values.
Just as long as you don't oppress people with your beliefs, then there is othing wrong!
Your ridicule of religion is no better. And personally, I'm an athiest.
