2 years qi gong and Yang Large Frame. I was totally deconditioned from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. They recommended "graded exercise" from a Physical Therapist. I chose Tai Chi. I am stronger now than I have ever been, in some ways stronger than when I was a high school athlete. I have been able to extend range of motion in my neck and lower spine. I have a normal amount of stamina for short periods, which was gone from CFS. Most of all, I believe that Tai Chi Chuan is holistically accurate.
