they're not allowed to talk about jay because he was kicked off the show for doing something he shouldn't have done on the show and it was serious, they replaced jay with jamie. at the time jennifer love hewitt was not dating jamie because on his first day jennifer wanted jamie off the show because he showed up drunk,

The rumor, completely unsubstantiated, is that JLH kicked Jay off the show to make room for Jamie, who was her boyfriend at the time. But they broke up and the show was mysteriously canceled. No explanation by CBS has been given, but it has been reported that JLH is in negotiations with the CW for GW to continue.

@hugeboobsfan2 I believe jay mohr left the show to do a tv program of his own as for Jamie Kennedy and after that you did not see much of David Conrad jamie kennedy was more and more in each episode but I do not b elieve that why they cancelled the show CBS put some raunchy shows on that you can not watch with your children or grandchildren
