I've seen a doc about him and he's got a team around him of managers and organizers, an entire general vibe that doesn't even REMOTELY spell: creativity.

I don't know him that well but the few tracks I've heard lack energy as far as I'm concerned, and they certainly lack body.

It's like he's learned a few trance patterns and sounds and just hushes it together without the mix taking actual body and forming a cohesive whole.

I say it's cleverly promoted junk-trance for the tasteless.

@suddenlyitsobvious These are some harsh words my friend. I've filmed nearly all the top DJs and Armin has always been the most accessible. Many DJs dont want cameras around and wont do interviews often. Armin on the other hand, has done interviews with me even when he's sick. For someone that knows so much about "real trance" I'd think you'd know something about the trance scene in terms of good vibes, respect, love and not misjudging others that you know nothing about.

I am not judging him or talking about his social skills around film crews. I was really talking about the music. I don't know much about trance at all nor was I pretending so. I find it is simply noticeable that his music isn't that good at all, but I'll give it another shot.

Maybe you can recommend a youtube vid with his best in your opinion?

@suddenlyitsobvious I thought about finding some examples for you but then again, whats the point? You basically just said you dont like or know anything about Trance music. If you were open minded rather than bashing an artist and music you don't listen to, I would certainly give you direction to a style of Electronic you may like. You wont see me commenting on Hip Hop videos and preaching to everyone about how its not real music just because i dont understand it....

Do you think that just cause a tune only have a few patterns and sounds its junk? and if so, how come you like Alcatraz - give me luv for an example, that tune has even fewer patterns and sounds.
