that skinny thing my friend is a divider, a tall thin necromorph that thrashes you around or trys to yank your head off.when cut down,(as their name says) they divide into sepreate parts and the head will try to yank your head off and take your body. if you need any information on any of the necromorphs you want to know,post it on the comments, by the way want to be friends?

You should really use the Plasma Cutter. Mine was fully upgraded by the end of the 3rd level, and it kills most Necros in 1 BODY shot, and Brutes in 2-4.

You can take off the Obsidian suit when you wear it, you just need to either buy a normal suit upgrade or another one of the dlc suits.

the reason ammo is limited is so it feels like a fight for survival and so u think about where to put shots rather than loosing off a hail of shots and praying you dont run out

There's a difference between survival and annoying. Giving me extremely limited ammo and the occasional enemy is survival. Giving me extremely limited ammo and a goddamn army of enemies is annoying.

The game did the reverse for me, it gave me way too much ammo, I was only carrying 3 medpaks at one time and the rest of my inventory was just ammo so I had to drop a lot of it often just to pick some things up. The only weapon I would run out of ammo for was the plasma cutter since that's what I was using the most, but by chapter 7-8 or so I had about 100 ammo for it and never ran out (I did start using the ripper and force gun more tho). I'm a lucky bastard I guess.

Yeah the quarantine in the small room was crazy. The secondary fire on the contact beam is pretty good for those kinds of situations though.

you can take off the elite and obsidian suits but you just can't put on suits that are worse than the one you have on. like after you put the lvl 2 suit on you cant wear the lvl 1 any more, but once you get the lvl 5 suit you should be able to change into it since its the same level as the downloadable suits.

I haven't beaten it yet. The crab boss thing is as far as I've gotten. There are 12 chapters so, assuming they're all around this length... Maybe... 50-60 parts?
