It seems like the lyrics pertain to someone close, like a sister, mother, etc. who has suffered something devastating and cannot move on. So, the speaker says: I'm moving on... I'm not strong with you.

Theoretically, this instills a sense of personal responsibility into the suffering person and reminds them of their strength, necessity, and usefulness.

That's just the feeling I get from the song.
