I'd say 1/2 of my Indian buddies (in the IT industry) have either returned to India or plan to. The Nariman House was a Jewish religious center as part of the Chabad-Lubavitch Orthodox movement. The Rabi and his wife were there running an educational and worship center for Jewish professionals working in Mumbai - only the Capital of India's rising and wealthy nation.
