Holy shit man I just had almost the same EXACT mal yesterday. My PC came out with my bridal knotted around it. My lines wrapped around my foot. I had a skyhook but it couldn't do anything because there was no pull to pop my reserve. Popped the reserve handle and landed it with my d bag hanging from my leg
