The Lebanese people haven't maintained their Phonecian or other languages, not to mention, that the Arabs of Hijaz conquered Lebanon and the rest of the "white Arabs." Also, many Lebanese Christians are actually descendants of Syrian Christians who fled Syria and settled in Lebanon. So even then, the Lebanese Christians aren't even pure....

Bro the thing with genetics is that there is no one Arab nation/people.People all over the Arab world are often more genetically diverse than other known'races'. The same can be said of many races, so most anthropologists don't believe there is such thing as races anymore. Arabs are particularly diverse with even differing y-haplotypes and mtDNA PCRs. All that is left over is ethnicities. And if the Labanese don't wanna call themselves Arabs, it's no loss to us Arabs. Good riddince to them.

It doesnt matter what race u are, if your motherlanguage is arabic, you are an arab. It doesnt matter if you're black, white or asian or any other "race". if you forfull those conditions you're an arab.
If you look at it from the "genes" point of view, than only saoudies and yemen people are "real" arabs.

But, even if we speak a type of Arabic (or, more like, something close to Arabic) today, we also have a history and culture from long before the Arabs came along.
No one in Lebanon spoke Arabic before the Arab muslim invasions, and Syriac was still spoken in a few Maronite mountain villages as late as about 100 years ago.
Take the Irish. They were forced to drop their original language (Gaelic) and they speak English now. But they still call themselves Irish.
