  • Please answer my question if you see this. In order to do all that, does it involve shoulder dislocation? I don't want to dislocate my shoulder. I am a swimmer. I know some people train to dislocate their shoulder so it doesn't hurt. But for me, I want a healthy shoulder that are flexible for swimming, dislocating wouldn't help abit. Plz plz answer.

  • buddy what are you doing to yourself, you are way over stretching my friend, i think you can stretch tendons and ligaments doing that

  • how do you gradually work your way to having flexible shoulders. My shoulders are the stiffest part of my body.

  • you guys need to look up bonebreakin/flexin in NY we do dis while dancin but way faster and hit different combinations look at Young X and snow

  • Hey :D nice to see someone who also has flexibility in the shoulders. I can do all your exercises, and discovered the flexibility when I was 9 years old. I was able to pull my arms once around the body. Creepy, disgusting, but cool :O

  • I am nowhere near you, man, but I am working on it. Your skills are MADness! I am a little better than this now, but if you know any more advanced (maybe assisted) stretches I should be doing, let me know.

  • No, I say avoid pain...try to relax as much as possible but for exactly the amount of measured tension needed to maintain structure/alignment.

  • You have to be able to do both sides at the same time for that, so no.

  • The first part of the video isn't terribly extreme. I'm 57 years old, and I find that I HAVE to stretch my arms in order to stay limber. Currently I have had pain all over my back and shoulder muscles, from sleeping in a cold apartment, and what I do is to stretch those muscles a little bit at a time by holding onto the top of a door and moving my body, also small 10-lb hand-held dumbbell weights help me to work the muscle spasms out. Muscles WANT to be stretched, or else atrophy will occur.
