I LOVE THE UNLIMITED COMBOS AND OUTSTANDING CHALLENGE. I WILL BE COMING BACK FOR MORE TIPS AND INSPIRATION. I SUBSCRIBED AND LIKED YOUR VIDEO. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY CHANNEL AND LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK. THANKS!

  • i use to do parkour the i took a crack tto the arm

  • thank you these are helpful ive been getting into parkour for about a month now this video really helped

  • dude you are awsome i am just starting pk and u guys are awsome how old

  • um were should i buy parkour training stuff

  • @dragon444821schannel You don't *NEED* parkour training stuff. You can get shoes and gloves and all, but the point of parkour is that you don't need anything special to do it. It's true there are shoes that grip better or are lighter, gloves that keep you from tearing up your hands, but neither of those are needed for parkour.

If you still want these kind of things, you can google it. That should bring you to what you want.

  • What about wall running u should do a turtoril on that

  • Do you live in chernobyl?

  • First i was like, ''Ah a little kid doing some easy jumps, but than i was like :O'' ;) I would like do do parcour or Freerunning, just o scared I guess (Srry for grammar)

  • wtf actually my grandma is better shoot camera than yours

  • I'm depressed and I have no friends. Really. But parkour makes me feel so much better I wanna keep training till I get good!

  • i'm about to take a 10 lesson course on free running or parkour(whichever you wanna call it) is there any helpful tips you think i should know

  • @0709mati y know it does say stay positive in this vid and if u r fat just do parkore for awhile and u will definitely not be fat trust me. And if u want to reply negative to this I'm just trying to help so keep it to yourself.

  • two quetions: 1. What are some basic stretches/warm-ups i should do and 2. What are a good pair of parkour shoes that arent expensive and are from a name brand (adidas, nike, etc.) Thanks

  • @willfath

    1. Search "Jesse LaFlair Parkour Warm Up" it's really good.

    2. I currently use Adidas Sambas which are flexible, grippy and light. I got mine at a sports gear store for $40. The downside for beginners is that they don't have much padding, so really work on landings (especially rolls).

  • wow e' bravissimo! :)

  • i bet most of the viewers are fat kids who thinks they can do it but fails xD just like me..... -.-

  • other than that ur good at parkour :)

  • btw @ 2:25 the only time u would do a 360 in not parkour (free running) is when u do a 360 cat to cat

  • other than that gud vid

  • half the parkour u said was fake was actual parkour

  • At first I thought this was just a child video...but kid you got some skill! I'm impressed and found this video helpful!

  • Ok ur just like me u started at a young level and showed up everyone they think u don't know what your doing but u shove it in there face good job and keep up the good work

  • i did that thing with table and i fell of on my face it really hurts @_@

  • Newest Sub !!!

  • How do i wall jump???

  • Tgis kid may be like 11 y/o but he sure hell knows what he is doing

  • dude thanks for this video me and my friend jst started parkour last weekend and this helped, except there is nowhere in my town where i can pratice this it kinda sucks we only have one place where there is jumpable things and even thats limeted..

  • I did this a lot yesterday and got up with a really stiff back and legs... I couldn't move around at all and prove that I could do these tricks to my friends.

  • @TheFrozenPig Don't worry, the more you train the more your body will get used to working at it's full capacity. When you first start, take a day to drill these moves, then take two or three days to rest. Then repeat. Eventually work to where you can train every day with very minimal soreness.

  • Every time I do the Monkey/Kong vault my feet hit the object, and I can't get the hang of it... will it be important? I can do the Simple Vault fine.

  • @TheFrozenPig Check out my monkey vault tutorial in the video responses. It shows you a good progression. Also you should stretch before you do parkour, but your body will adapt and become more flexible as you train, just don't progress before you've mastered the basics.

  • @yootoobnoob123 Okay thanks!

  • Do you think I should get flexible before I start doing all of this? I'm pretty strong, athletic and coordinated, but I can't even touch my toes without bending my knees.

  • wow ty it helped alot [Subscribes]

  • umm what u called "not parkour" was free running which cam be classified as parkour which in most cases it is

  • Your "not parkour" was parkour. The rest of what you did is called free running. :P

  • @seeitoldya13 I agree with Seeitoldya13, the definition of parkour is "by short" and some may travel like how you would say it but add a bit more moves to increase how well and fit they look. Concluding it everything in this video was parkour.

  • @LiveMinecrafting OMG me too... Just 10:05 tho XD

  • THATS DAMN AWESOME i cant do that right now...

  • Thats pretty damned cool, me and my team are making a vid at the moment, any advice for us beginners?:)

  • @spaceman965 Don't neglect to train landings. When you think you've done enough, do some more. Also, if you're just beginners, but want to make a good looking video, make sure it's fast-paced and all the moves you do are clean. (Clean means that you have 100% control of the movement and you keep your arms and legs symmetrical throughout each move)

  • Hey Altair! Mind if I call u Altair?? Where did u learned that?!?

  • i can do that... ;)

  • Now do a barrel roll! XD

  • this is epic man u helped me out on everything my roll is ok i just started doing it and im interested in parkour

  • anyone want to learn parkour send me a msg also yootoobnoob123 you did really good i showwed mah friend parkour and he loved he and i go parkour eceryday

  • LOL for some reason while i was watching this i pictured u running away from people while holding fruits O.o lol cos i was thinking look at that thief or ninja go!!! xDDD awsome vid im a girl and would want to learn how to parkour :D

  • need some friends?

  • um, why are you so good?

  • you didnt explain that before you go into a roll when you first land your jump you need to land on the balls of your feet not your heels or you will lose all of you momentum and your feet will hurt pretty bad even if it is from a short height

  • Before you try something sketchy, always make a fat friend do it....

  • I just signed up for the school parkour club (sound lame here but I'm hoping it will be good!) I'm a complete beginner and I was wondering if anyone has any confidence tips for me? Since I've never been into physical activities before I'm a slight bit nervous :S

  • @anythingredisdead Stay positive... Tell yourself you can do that... listen well...

  • @bugoy111 Thanks! :) I had my first go today, I really enjoyed it! (but I have to work on my upper body strength Dx)

  • lol, everyone seems to be hatin on him cause he's a kid... yet some of this stuff is actually harder to learn than it looks. It doesn't matter how old or young you are, it's how you control your body.

HOWEVER: Parkour and freerunning should not be separated as he did it. They are one in the same. what he called freerunning, is just parkour with flashy moves. If doing a flip doesn't slow you down, do a flip. The way he did it however, slowed him down greatly, thus making it neither.

  • 3:36 wanna do that!

  • DAMN why is it 10:00 in the evening this makes me wanna free run right now!

  • It's true. Parkour does not involve all the fancy flips and whatnot. It's simply an urban sport involving getting from Point A to Point B really fast using your surroundings.

  • so is it ur mom or is it ur dad that is a monkey?

  • How does one get into Parkour? What sort of training do you have to do beforehand? I'm a fencer, but I've seen Parkour everywhere and thought it would be a fun hobby. How do i get started?

  • @5TailedDemonLizard The only training you really need is just the the upper body strength for things like climbs or wall runs, and also conditioning for the speed and all the different variations you may be doing. So any running or upper body training would help. also to practice the landing and rolls!

  • @ThePainmagnet89 Alright, thanks so much!

  • human videogame

  • how many years are you and how many years have you practiced on this tricks

  • @mrhannils I started early 2009, so this is about 1 and a half years into my training. But now I'm almost three years experienced...

  • @mrhannils These should take almost no practice at all. A physically fit person should be able to achieve many of these simple movements in a couple of weeks.

To fully perfect them is another thing. This guy hasn't perfected them yet.

  • You get to fall on woodchips, i get to dall on the pavement x-x

  • nice vid but you need more style into it!!!!;)

  • i do parkour..in the ghetto..running from cops.

  • wow! nice vid man, thanks for the tips

  • i swear he would never be late to class

  • Good vid but I did not learn much but still u r good

  • thanks man now i can parkour basics.

i appriciate the video you made and i respect you

i used to be the one that noone liked at school.

thanks to you i'm almost the most poular guy on school. thank you very much :')

  • sweet.. how long it took you to master it ?

  • actually parker is free running I know because that's a quote by the founder of parkour

  • Awesome :-) The place you're filming looks great for practicing!

  • Thanks for the tutorial, dude!

Im going to try this tommorow outside (right now its evening in the netherlands)

  • thanks a lot dude :)

  • You are a freaking monkey!! Thx for the awesome tips bro ^.^

  • I used to do this off skyscrapers until I took an arrow o the knee...

  • nice vid. really is going to help

  • Jeez how old is this kid??

  • OMFG HE IS GOOD HE IS AN ASSASSIN :D TEACH ME MORE

  • I notice you roll on your elbows. Ive seen variations on this. Wouldn't it be better to roll on your hands? If your landing from some height I imagine the elbows could get pretty beat up.

  • @MrGuy1332 It depends on why you roll, if it's just to break momentum from an over-rotation then then using forearms/elbows is a good way, if it's from height, then diving to the hands and then rolling would be best, I should have given an example from a height, sorry about that...(I did it from a stand and that was most natural)

  • @yootoobnoob123 hey man pls reply i can kong but when i start doing 4 ft kongs my legs seem to get caught pls help bro

  • @simonmartin1234 If your legs are getting caught at the beginning, then you're probably too close to the obstacle, but if it's at the end, then you need to work on getting your feet really high while you are diving.

  • @yootoobnoob123 yeah man i have now got kongs down ill post a vid in 15 minutes

  • @MrGuy1332 no thats how the roll is done

  • thx 4 the tutorial man.

  • @astsvsp1000 Finally, someone who appreciates it!

  • @astsvsp1000 he is shit

  • you all make peter parker look like a pussy.

  • Good vid

  • mean as

  • gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay

  • @parkour1989ful Thank you for telling us your sexual orientation, however even if you are gay you can still do parkour!

  • @yootoobnoob123 good one ;)

  • @yootoobnoob123 oh and by the way the pole jump and grab thing that parkour

  • @yootoobnoob123 Awesome tutorial, its easy to understand and you can do all the basic movement really easy, thanks :D!

  • i´m jealous... :D

  • 0:48 umm i cant us my hands for that i juss jump over without using my hands

  • Your "not parkour" segment cracked me up XD

  • at 2:50 that move could be used as a parkour move in the sense that it is used effectivelly

  • @parkourking13 I agree completely, most of the moves I demonstrated in that section were "Parkour moves", but because of the way I used them they were not.

  • the music really bugs me

  • all this kid did was show what the majority of active 4th graders do, back filp was a simple one, and his saying "not parkour" is what most people do to learn new techniques and styles. basicly this was a perquisite of beginner parkour enthusiast

  • @musicianTF I was demonstrating the basic movements to build off of, no need to be negative. I made this cause it gives people a place to start. I am actually very good at parkour and free running and if you look at other "Beginner Tutorials" it will be the same level of basic that you see here.

  • how did u learn 2 do a backflip??? im raving on how 2 learn it. i cant get over the fear of goinn backwards pleaseee help asap

  • Not only nice moves but I thought the sense of team play was very cool.

  • $Alex$-Im like 14 but how do we go climb wall like im good at jumping all over the place but not climbing can somone send me a video of climbing or jumping over walls fast i cant find any @ ALL

  • Or you could just go around the fence.

  • R u like around 15 yrs old? :o

  • this is great

  • i dont know what all the hating is for....

    thanks man! helped lots ^_^

  • if you can combine both parkour and free running hmm ill say you will be epicly epic

  • very nice vid i hop this can help me learn the basics i wanna be able to do the roll

  • i have a question what if your fat? lol im not like obese but im kinda chubby can i do this?

  • @yoesop I'd recommend losing some weight and gaining a bit of muscle first before you try some of this.

  • @weqazwaz232 i have a lot of muscle cause i workd out but its kinda my stomach sortve i have a lot of arm muscle and leg muscle

  • nice beginner vid! make some mor advanced vids!!!

  • the things you said werent parkour well they are parkour

  • but i already know how to do these moves though i need to go advanced

  • @flabbiermass Haha then why did you click on "beginner"?

  • i thought it waS PRETTY GOOD compared to my crappy one :L

  • I feel compeled to say this. I believe you have the start of something, but your movements are not fluid. You do not carry your momentom in most of your moves. You may not be showing the best that you can do. How ever if you are truely showing what you believe are basics than you should be fluid fast and carry your momentom. Also the near the start is very risky. Your fet rise up and could clip the fence. If so then you will either fall back onto your spine or fall forward onto your chest.

  • like assassins creed!!!

  • he dont know what he doin his tumble are ass is vault suks he doesnt even do tumbles or vaults right and he suks period

  • @bobsterill en u spelin sux...lol I'll go look at some of your videos which I'm sure are amazing so that I know what what good parkour looks like. Also, read the title next time dumbass, this isn't me showing you the best I can do, this is me showing you the basics of parkour...

  • @yootoobnoob123 you are very good, most of these people cant do what you do

  • @bobsterill he is just a kid.. i bet you dont know to do any of this..

  • how old are you lol. you pretty good for this age. thanks for the beginner video, i'm going to try it :)

  • You sir got yourself a like and a BIG sub! God job!

  • skillz dude, skillz.

  • Hey Hey guess hat i got the Cat Jump Thing :D

  • Ohhh I get it parkour is a series of fluid movemebt and free running is just getting through the obstacle.

  • Anyone else see the whale at 2:08?

  • "not parkour" is called freeruning

  • I feel kinda dumb learning from a kid.......then again im learning so wat the hell eh?

  • you're cool man!

  • i subscribed bro nice vids

  • Wow! These guys are really good, the camera work and lighting isn't bad either!

  • ive seen better from a dog with 3 legs. but u could probly get good if u began trianing non stop

  • @parkourXprodigy Thanks for the compliment, but this is just a demonstration of the basic parkour movements so that beginners can learn. Read the title next time you go to insult someone lol...

  • @yootoobnoob123

i think you're getting there, but only one thing i suggest you improve is landing on the very TIP of your foot for precisions, keep up the training.

  • @parkourXprodigy no no no he`s way better than that man for that age seriously!

  • @parkourXprodigy hey no one likes all those assholes you crap on other peoples stuff hes good prabally better than your ass could do...

  • nice music, it seems really inspirational for Parkour xD

  • Nice and I meen it :)

  • THIS IS PRO PARKOUR!!!!!!!!!X(

  • @awe3tado your the kind of person that makes me want to punch a disabled puppy.

  • just sayin, the monkey and kong vault are different things.

  • WOW!

  • You got freerunning and parkour fixed up. Freerunning is what you did the first time when you ran through the playground. PARKOUR is vaulting and flipping over shit you stupid fuck.

  • @awe3tado I'm so glad there are people like you who know better than the other 99.99% of people who thought Parkour=Efficiency and Freerunning=Style Moves...sorry for everyone's mistake...

  • @awe3tado actually not. Parkour is running straight from A to B and get over/under/etc. objects and so on.

  • @awe3tado u stupid fuck parkour is all about getting from point A to point B as quick as u can and freeruning is all about looks so that means flips and stuff. And who is the dumb fuck now ehh ?

  • @awe3tado uhhhh...Parkour ain't flipping,Freeruning is.And I don't remember doing flips the first time I went to the playgroung...Parkour ain't about style man,it's about adapting to your surroundings and not letting your surrondings control you :D

  • @allenwalker125 You're retarded.

  • @awe3tado No you are...Freerunning is about looks and flips and shit...Parkour is about getting from Point A to Point B as fast and efficient as possible...but parkour is also a "philosophy"...check wikipedia dumbo...

  • @awe3tado next time you diside to comment on any video i surgest you get your facts right cause now you just look like a complete jackass. you've got it all wrong my friend. parkour is getting as fast and effecient as possible from A to B and freerunning is adding some flips to it and make it look as flamboyand as possible. freerunning takes more time to prepair but parkour needs more strenght.

  • @awe3tado you really didn't need the
