i have used free plugins before but my hard drive failed. When i got a new one i reinstalled them exactly like you but when i launch logic it cant/doesnt find them, i tried force searching for plugins by dragging the com.apple.audiounits.cache file to the desktop but still nothing. other plugins with installers work fine.

@MightyBass101 And you have tried going to the Audio Units Manager under preferences and doing the reset and re-scan?

@MightyBass101 You need to start Logic in 32 bit mode for it to recognise your plug-ins. Once detected you can switch back.
