It's just another one of mad catz' SE's with different art. The Mad Catz buttons, although sturdier feeling, are still as crappy as the Street Fighter IV SE. I have one myself for TvC and the buttons went out after a week and the stick doesn't go left anymore. I switched them with Sanwas like the REAL TE's. Don't kid yourself.... It's not NEARLY as good the Tournament Edition stick for 360 or PS3
