  • @sayian2k I got it, I did this for 3 weeks, I had a 2 pack already! My abs were so miraculously hard within those 3 weeks! You should definitely try it!

  • I did 100 every day for 6 months.

    After that I got problem in my back and had to stop for 4 months.

    After that I went from 30 to 60 to 90 and then 100. I still do 100 every day :)

    PS : I didnt use a chalenge I just reapeted the same one over and over

  • I did it the first time but my trainer got tired at 10 and i only got 3 stars. Did i do something wrong?

  • @MonsterJulian Not at all! You just have to work at it and expand your limits.

  • @MonsterJulian No, every tie you do the challenge your trainer is able to do 10 more reps than she did the last time. The first time it's 10, second it's 20, third it's 30, etc. you didn't do anything wrong you just only did the challenge once.
