@water4600 40 lbs in 6 months. Along with the green tea, I also listened to my body and changed my diet when I felt inclined to do so (which for me was eliminating carbonation and meat at that time. I have since stopped the green tea, eliminated all caffeine and observed a vegan diet and have not put on any additional weight)
@mercygav95 that is correct. i used to take them spread across the day but i would forget to have them with me and then end up having too much caffeine late in the day so for me- with my first meal was kinda like my morning coffee in a way. I no longer do the tea diet but after switching to decaf, i still felt that I was getting great benefits.
@2undiscoveredvoices i would only recommend green tea. do some research and see how much better green tea is for you compared to a black or white tea. Plus you need to factor in caffeine content too. I would say any variety of green tea would be worth trying but I wouldnt try it with a different type of tea...especially not black tea.
@HBDalways I did the green tea diet for about a year and a half. A few months before I stopped, I went to decaf green tea. I have since changed my diet and lifestyle more and found that having no caffeine at all works best for me so I currently do NOT do the green tea diet and 5 have never put the weight back on that I lost doing the diet. Hope this helps :)

@HBDalways If something sounded worth trying, I tried it. For me, I went vegetarian and stopped drinking soda... most of my weigh loss occured early on- before I adjusted my diet.
Hey, our vids are close to each other...I just wanted to let you know that your body can't process (it actually pees out) all of that green tea-meaning the antioxidants, when you do that. Just like vitamins. That's why supermodels spread out green tea and drink it, 4x a day with apple cider vinegar. Much Luv!!! cute doggy!!!!!
Okay that answerd my question :) thanks
