No doubt that you have a mastering knowledge of the game but can you tell us something more important than just what we can see on the replay? Plz tell us more about your prediction, your feeling or thinking of the game, the gamers and the strategies applied... These information will make your casting much better:)
The play-by-play is great. really makes watching the game more exciting and gives me an idea of how the game is played. I've never played but I definitely want to now.
Protoss should have gotten blink instead of charge, he got the observer around the same time. so he could have blinked from the back of the terran base and harrased. then pump out immortals when he saw mass tanks.
Hasu disappoints me ALOT! In game 2, GoOdy also went the exact same build as the one here (Hellions, Seige Tanks, and Vikings). One Protoss unit is GOD against those three units: Immortal. I mean, if he had pumped more of these guys, the game would've been in his favor.... sadly certain pros lack strategy (of course most of them get by by making it up on other areas ie: insane micro).
Hasu wasn't really playing his A game this time around. 20 probes lost is huge. I think if he would have focused on macroing up on two bases and had proper scouting in place he could have had a better chance at winning.
Fuck you TeeJay, he does a fuckin awesome job casting, and like he says, the early scouting is important, and if a probe can sock it to an SCV that is actually pretty huge.
hey Crota, I think he may be chrono boosting that stalker to deny an scv from getting into his base. I know when I play I like to get the stalker guarding the door so no scv can get in and see which tech route you're taking.
mouzHasu had those pylons at his natural and the observer on the ledge. Knowing terran tendancies, he should have put some cannons up there without a doubt.
Ok man, I've read through a few of the comments on this and i thought i'd throw in my two cents. I entirely agree about the probe enthusiasm, drop it a little bit! Also I noticed you said that everything was "early". Early seige, early viking, early observer etc. They weren't exactly early, early would imply other things were sacrificed to get to it fast. Just some hopefully helpful criticism!
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
Crota, for the sake of all that is sane please stop acting like the probe attacks at the beginning of games are the most exciting things ever! Everyone, and I mean everyone has seen the typical probe harass, but somehow you manage to act like its the first time you've seen it every single cast. Sorry man, I like ur casts and hate to criticize, but its driving me crazy
@TeeJay1705 LOL - people are asking me to be more exciting and calm down at the same time. Its very hard to listen to everyone. Proper probe harass is a really good thing and diffucult to execute and maintain a base at the same time. At least I don't get excited about drones "mining minerals" ^_^
@BlizShouter don't try to do "that style". Cast the replays how you can/want to cast. It's your style of shout casting games. Otherwise it would sound unnatural. Avoid swearing though (HomerJ does that ;-), but that's just who he is :D).
@BlizShouter - I see what ur saying about everyone asking you to be more exciting (I was one of those people btw). I'm sure it's confusing, but let me try to explain. So, probe harass and during big battles for example, when you are being more exciting you tend to start talking faster and louder to express your excitement. The problem is that your voice inflection stays the same.
To me, the change in voice inflection is what really spreads the caster's excitement onto the viewers. (good example would be to listen to Husky or HDstarcraft during a big battle) Personally, I think it would benefit you to try to slow down your talking speed during your casts a bit (it isn't necessary to commentate on absolutely as much detail as possible, just get the big picture) and change your voice inflection.
As far as changing the voice inflection goes, I don't remember specific replays, but I know you do it from time to time. For example, some amazing snipe on a full medivac or similar happens and you say something like "oh, oh, wow i can't believe that just happened" and you change your inflection up. It's times like those when us viewers really feel your excitement and personality. Keep up the good work though, and hopefully u take this as constructive criticism because I'm a big fan!
@BlizShouter I think you do a great job. And you're right, being able to force another player to constantly lose out on minerals by switching SCV's because you're microing so well while keeping up on your macro is very important and Hasu does some of the best early game harass. Anyone in Platinum + knows that slowing down your opponent by even 50 minerals or gas is huge, especially when your opponent is so close.
@BlizShouter He's right though, it was cool the first time someone pointed it out for me when I saw a whitera replay like five months ago, now you can just crank up the speed and point out only the weird things about the builds.
@BlizShouter don't listen to teejay.. @ the start there is nothing much to say other then.. the worker fights or "the standerd build order" I mean this guy is nit picking and really needs to get a clue
@BlizShouter I too appreciate the fine art of worker harass. It's a major drain on APM so it's a fair gauge of APM level and control. TeeJay is just a young child who doesn't appreciate the finer side of SC2 like most of your fans do. To that I raise my 1946 chateau margot bordeaux to in salute.
@BlizShouter Crota, find your own style and stick to it. The important thing is that you enjoy casting. People have the possibility of not watching your videos if it bothers them that much.
As a personal opinion, I do think you do a lot better when you slow down a little bit and not try to mention everything we are looking at in detail and rather talk about strategy, tactics, unit composition, etc.
Finally, thank you, because your the hardest working caster I know.
@TeeJay1705 you're an idiot he can do the casts however he wants to do them, if you don't like it don't watch simple as that. Or at least don't voice your asinine opinion on something that doesn't need to be said.
I have watched almost all your replays/vids and none have sounded like this before, for me at least. There was an overwhelming amount of static in the background for both parts 1 and 2 which you may need to look into. Otherwise your commentary was great as always!
Jesus Christ! Crota, you need to calm the fuck down man. There is no need to comment upon every little shit that happens in the game. Just chill.

I could see you doing well at commentating and I liked you at the start, but this game just sucked. The poor macro and probe control made me cringe.
1 other thing I rec is not focusing on early probe harass so much, the timing of his buildings is way more important imo.
