  • i agree with ptiber, its kyokushin.

  • well done!!!!

  • because it's kyokushin, check out the brazilian kick, hiza geri and the kakato geri kick jin is doing. technics are used alot in kyokushin tournaments.

  • It isnt shotokan though the kata's and the ,,salute,, are similar ... P.S. Gedan barai is in Shotokan too .. strange :|

  • Shotokan? is it the art of Sub-Zero in mk?

  • Its Kyokushin! But maybe he has some Shotokan moves but its Kyokushin for sure In 00:49 he is doing gedan barai

  • Guess you're not aware of the fact that gedan barai is a basic technique in about 99,9% of all traditional karate styles.

  • Yes!But the difference is between the way they perform it!In Kyokushin the moves perform in a different way than Shotokan!

Just take a look at the kata, kumite and basic techniques you will find a big difference

  • Once again... Please watch the videos of when Sensei Yahara fighting or the kyokushin fight with Kenji Midori. And The Shotokan I study is not fake as it is recognized by JKA Foundation. Please do not sound like you know so much about Martial Arts until you fully research it.

  • at least it is clear you don't fight like the video above cuz "one hit one kill" is the rule in shotokan. but how can you be tough without a pain? and i was a shotokan practioner and changed to the other cuz i'm bored and hate to dream to be tough...

  • Pathetic... Your excuse as a martial artist is sad one. "I want to be tough" "I was bored". Obviously, You were not training hard enough... Your an insult to every martial artist. Please don't reply because you are wasting mine and your time. I won't acknowledge you anymore.

  • shotokan is non contact and kyokushin is no hitting face, so both of them are not correct. okinawa karate is the real full contact with a protector. so that's quite similar to okinawa karate if u don't use a protector.

  • I would like to beg to differ. Obviously, You have both martial arts incorrect. Shotokan is very much a full contact sport along with Kyokushin. Reason why I know this is because I take Shotokan and I'm a student of the 4th generation teachers. If you notice the only time in kyokushin karate kumite, they allow kicks to the face and if you look at Shotokan the only time you are allowed to strike an opponent in the face, is when they are moving towards you.

  • if shotokan you know is full-contact, it is a fake. you must stop before an inch in shotokan. and no hitting face means no punching to the face. so you can kick to the face in kyokushin. incidentally, shotokan banns even low kick, right?

  • Fake... You are sorely mistaken my friend. Shotokan is full contact. Like I mentioned before. The only time you are allowed to strike the face is when they are coming towards you. When they banned low kicks its because the goal is to land a mid-section strike. You are incorrect once again.

  • i assume it's kyokushin since 90% of the people say so and i haven't seen it yet... but i do see some shotokan in there

  • nope Jin uses kyokushin mostly

  • not really alot jin's move are karate but of a differnet style there's so many to name:

    shotokan karate

    kenpo karate

    okinowa karate

    goju ryu karate

jin does do karate but its not shotokan sorry

  • yeah i do shotokan karate and it doesnt look much like it

  • Artist:Static X

    Song:Cold

  • is this song from Queen of the Damned. The people who sings it is Cold think.

  • Shotokan is the name of the player who performed the combo's not the style of the character involved. IIDX credit is still valid.

  • Really, then my mistake...just going by credit value.

  • Yeah thats kyokushin. Not Shotokan

  • Dat ain't even Shotokan.
