I want to dedicate that song to my abusive junkie cunt mother: Emily Finnegan!! 09-12-09 = rot in hell & save Uncle Don the child molester a spot to burn & rot you wicked twot!!
I agree with you that many video watermarks are obtrusive & distracting (please also see my reply to the video upload source).
But, believe it or not, I've seen even worse examples of that than this video, where the watermark is smack dab in the middle of the video, or, worse yet, when one of those video counter displays appear in the middle of a video.
OK, I see now you did create this video, so you are perfectly justified to place watermark.
But I still basically agree with other poster, that a slightly smaller watermark (and in bottom left corner) would be better.
By the way, my compliments to you on a job well done!
Of course, when one has inspiration such as these gals, it must make the job much easier to do. I was so sorry to read that two of the Triplets are now deceased.
@eplouie That's true but couldn't you have put the logo in a place where it doesn't interfere with the enjoyment of the video? Perhaps at the low low low low low low low low low low low low low low low low low lower right hand corner.
In the past, I've had to deal with television companies steal my footage for broadcast programming. When I put up a logo over a video, it's stamp of ownership. I do this because some companies steal, refusing to acknowledge the original sources.
I understand your rationale. However, a small, unobtrusive watermark is sufficient for proof of creative propriety.
Usually, such are placed in bottom, left corner of a video, bottom right for a TV channel/network bug or icon
But unless you are actually the creator of a work (or an agent representing such), in this case Jesse Block and/or Eric Predoehl or the agent of one or both, no watermark is required, will have no legal bearing for copyright infringement purposes.
I once spent good money on eBay for a video that had a counter running (for two hours) right in the middle of the image. When I tried to obtain a refund, of course the seller had closed up shop and left no way to contact.
WTF is this...?

A friend of mine became friends with them and they played in his back yard for a party. They were amazing, fast talking old ladys!

This video is well beyond mere kitsch and dwells in some strange Dada or surrealist universe all by itself. Fabulous!

Why do people put their logo's on the video...That totally kills it. It's almost perfect.

Why do I put a logo on video that I created? Because I want people to remember which company created this, that's why. Pride of ownership.

well, make it smaller. better yet scrap the name and make a small logo and have it transparent-the damn thing u have now is too distracting
