  • this is a good cardio routine, but not something for speed/agility. I was looking for some new ladder routines, and found this. Good for weight loss, and basic coordination, but with no emphasis on arm movement and technical ability, not good for athletic training.

    of course they are as you need your feet to move fast and coordinated

  • This isn't for athletes, I play football as a TE and we do four hundred times harder ladder excersices... This is for people that are slightly chunkier or maybe lineman

  • Good drills but they need to be cleaned up. For one, when a client moves laterally through the ladder doing the quick step drill they should step with the lead-foot. They should never cross over. Second, the client should hit every square when doing the hopscotch drill. Have fun with that.
