@00bones52 Rika Furude is from Higurashi Koro Ni. Yes, it is an anime. You can watch in English Dub on FUNimation in youtube. You have to be over 18 years old to watch though, because of the Blood and gore violence on this show. If you can't handle blood and gore, you shouldn't watch this.But, I HIGHLY recommend this anime, it is a very brilliant anime that keeps you at the edge of your seat :D
