Although this video is very much appreciated, the lack on the other 6 layers pretty much nullifies the existence of this video to the point of being useless.
This seem to be a common problem with every uploader of information on the OSI model in that they don't complete the online tutorial.
This video was for a networking class assignement. Only 1 level of the OSI Model needed to be explained in depth in the person's own words. Most of the tutorials you find will be that way because they are required for a class grade. Sorry to be such a disappointment. Maybe a book will be of more help to you.
How did you go with your CompTia studies and if you are working now in IT what kind of job did you managed to acquire from it if you don't mind me asking?

Good examples are given to understand the session layer from these examples i clearly understand the function of sesscion layer Thanks
