@maddie33301 Nope.. the stickers on the cube were never removed. I happened to use some silicone spray (to try to lubricate it) which had some other solvents which dissolved a good amount of the plastic. Taking off stickers is a waste of time--would probably take me half hour, whereas solving it takes me about 30 seconds :-P

There's a way where you don't hafta break away the cross pieces from where they are. When you're getting the last edge piece up with the others, move the ones on top out of the way.

Almost 2 years ago now, I stumbled across this video holding my scrambled Rubik's cube cluelessly. Rob helped uncover a passion which I never knew existed. Rob, I solved 3x3 layer 1 & 2 thanks to your step 1 to 3 video! Your tutorial is very easy to understand because you use reference location and sticker colors to rotate each face. This is much, much easier than trying to remember algorithm formular, what a headache! Your the 1st person that I know that solve layer 1,2 without algorithm.

Rob, the 3rd layer, is it possible to solve that layer without using algorithm? Your step 4-5 video, you used algorithm, I got lost with all the turns.
