Yes, i would certainly consider him a tremendous talent prior to the neck injury. Hell, even some of his matches after his neck injury were very well done and extremely sound. His bouts with Jericho and Benoit are shining examples of how well he worked through his neck injury. But still, I wouldn't consider him the top 15 American wrestlers of the late 90's, based purely on wrestling ability.

TexasFight1991-No no no, you got it wrong. The point is that most guys who consider themselves "smart fans" never support certain companies. What I'm saying is; I fell it's dumb for some guy to expect companies to listen to them when they don't even support the company.

The difference between us and the others is, at some point we're putting in big money for these companies - especially MB, who has purchased hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise from TNA in recent months.

Simple, I spend my money on merchandise, TNA ppv's, and tickets for shows (WWE and PWG), but excuse me if I don't feel like paying $40 a PPV of the WWE, kinda feel like saving my money and use it for something else. I already wasted a good $100 on stuff this year. So for saying that I don't pay for shit, fuck off.

i'd have to disagree with the Austin comments.  when he got injured by Owen, his WRESTLING skills eroded yes, however, he had one of the best CAREERS of all-time.

probably one of the top 15 american wrestlers of all-time when you evaluate his career.

I certainly wouldn't rank Austin in the top 15 if only looking at his WWE career, like most Attitude Era fans do. Their views are skewed and limited to only the product they enjoyed during the time frame they enjoyed it in.

The problem, again, is the Attitude Era fans are just rejecting this current product because it doesn't target them the way it used to.

Hey Mike, people are calling Austin the greatest wrestler of all time because of his character, has to be the biggest joke I've ever heard. Hell, 3/4 of his fanbase probably don't know about some of the classic matches he had or was apart of (WarGames in 1992 rings a bell in my head) in the NWA and WCW.
