  • That hurt my back watching that

  • how tall are you?

  • @BiGChocolatE93

    5'11"

  • Bad, bad form. No arching the back.

  • you actually did a straight leg deadlift but still not proper. if you use your legs more you can lift more

  • Lol dude thats so many plates but so little weight, are those like 25s??

  • @HDiAMaZe

    Uhhhh, yeah........

  • @boochieboy814 Oh iight I was just asking cuz they look 45 size, but looking closer I can kinda tell

  • omg, hope your spinal discs are still intact

  • im 2 years old and can dead lift 908300 pounds........

  • @sebstenator shut ittt u aint goku

  • why is that bar so small?

  • @TheSuperSwain

I was just starting lifting weights and it was the only bar I had at the time.

  • then why does the american college of sports medicine recommend weight training?

  • those of you who do weight lifting like this will be suffering from arthritis and other problems when you get older

  • @modestoca25

I'm sure you will have no health problems when you are old...

  • I'm 4 months old and I can bench 485987672uhf9843yt9842ehf9842 kg... i mean tons

    YE BUDDY

  • i dont think thiss guy has heard of protein...

  • You're skinny.

  • well i hope you don't like your back because without a belt you probably wont have one in a year

  • dude... im 16 years old weigh like 115 and im still bigger then you! cant pull as much as you can though even when your form was shit. props dude!

  • Man try to concentrate on low reps, good sleep 8-9 hours a day, and food high in protein, carbs, calories. Overall you have good motivation.Congratulations.

  • you have the fastest metabolism in the whole universe

  • @airsoftfreak18 how much you weigh??? i will bet lb/lb this guy is stronger than you

  • @boochieboy814 I know lol just adding more salt to my tacos as they say in mexico lol

  • Until you can do 250 on cam successfully you need to shut the fuck up.

  • keep doing that and you will snap in half

  • that form made my back hurt.

  • I'm 12 and can deadlift 1000lbs.

Look phaggots, unless you have a video of you deadlifting a lot, shut the fuck up.

  • @airsoftfreak18 im 17 and doing 545

  • i like how hes probably like 30 years old and can only do 250 im 15 and do 309 pounds

  • @airsoftfreak18

Bahahahaha! Riiiiiiiiight (in my Dr. Evil voice). You should probably just focus on uploading more videos of yourself lip-synching "Headstrong" with your boyfriend and leave these kinds of videos to the grown-ups.

  • @boochieboy814 big FAIL to the little 15 year girl that lip-syncs with her boyfriend haha

  • @boochieboy814 whats wrong with 15 and 309 im 15 and can deadlift almost 4 plates

  • @PCGAMERZUNITED

There's nothing wrong with it at all, if you can do it, especially at that age then you should be proud of yourself. Some little troll came on my video and tried to 1 up me by spouting off a load of complete bullshit about how much he can lift, and equates that bullshit number to how old he is like age is some sort of advantage in how much someone can lift. I didn't make this video to get in a pissing contest about how much more than me someone CLAIMS to be able to lift.

  • @PCGAMERZUNITED how much do you squat & bench. Plus how tall are you and how much do you weigh? Nice job regardless

  • @PCGAMERZUNITED not to offend you or anything, but a sentence like that, coming from a person who has such an username is highly questionable.

  • @PCGAMERZUNITED sure but you're probably 400 lbs LOOOOL lardass....this guy is ripped strong, you are probably flabby juiced strong

  • @PCGAMERZUNITED

Shut the fuck up, im 15 and can dead lift 800 pounds.

  • @PCGAMERZUNITED 4 plates.. reps for me.

  • @boochieboy814 you fucking owned him man

  • @airsoftfreak18 im 17 and get 545.

  • @airsoftfreak18 ur a stuck up bitch endurance over strength

  • @airsoftfreak18 who the fuck does 309? you obviously arent at any kind of competing level so i dont see why you would even bother with adding single pound weights to your lift lmao. atleast sound believable and throw out a random multiple of 5. i.e. 305, 310, 315.dumbass

  • @airsoftfreak18 your comment is the definition of "troll"

  • @airsoftfreak18 lol u wish

  • @airsoftfreak18 no one gives a fuck about ur age and what you lift....

  • @airsoftfreak18 Dude, no damn way do you lift 360 with proper form at your size.

  • @airsoftfreak18 same here im 16 today

  • Possibly the worst deadliftbive ever seen

  • That ain't 250

  • @coolkid92003

Actually it is. The blue plates are steel and weigh 25 pounds each. The black plastic weights are 20 pounds each, and the bar is 10 pounds. Thanks.

  • omfg eats some damn food your 5'11 and 120lbs im 5'11 1/2 and 180 lbs granted im 15% bodyfat but still

  • That was most excellent !!! YOU! off the streets, get in the gym and lift this ! At least he manned up and put a proper description and knows that yeah, it was heavy, yeah, he was new to weight lifting, and yeah, that wasn't proper form... PROPS!

  • my mate deadlifts with the best form ever and hes always got a sore back lol

  • Axl! Looking hard!

  • @joshg6

Lol, it keeps the sweat off my forehead.

  • i deadlift 515 and im pretty sure my form is just alright but ive never hurt my back

  • steroids are made for people like you, not hating just telling it how it is

  • TERRRIIIIIBBBBBLLLLLLLEEEEEE FORM thats a great way to fuck your back up and put yourself out of working out for a good few weeks

  • When's the last time you ate a decent meal, friend?

  • For being only 13 and DRUG FREE I can bench 430lbs RAW with NO STRAPS, not even PROTEIN SHAKES!

Please view my channel to see the vid in 1080p!

  • @AndyHarglesis Shut the fuck up. Your annoying.

  • That was painfull to watch

  • ouuuu... lucky u didnt snap some shit up man. i hope ur using better form now. deadlifts can easily cause major back injuries when u dont use good form

  • lol your gonna snap your shit

  • I'm just starting out and im just finishing highschool and i weigh 145 and i deadlift 280 but im trying to get on our school wall and you need to do 350 any suggestions?

  • @StUpIdKiD354 Work on your weak link.

Find out if it's your back, your legs (glutes/quads?), or your grip and train accordingly.

  • @StUpIdKiD354 find your weak link, when you are going for a new PR do you have problems getting the bar off the floor, or it goes up but you have trouble getting it past the knees, or it goes even higher but you have trouble locking out. After you found the weak link do assistance exercises for it ex, rack pulls for locking out, or deficits for getting the bar off the floor or past the knees etc

  • Pikey muscle

  • True, really awful form but you must be very strong to lift the weight that way. Very good of you to put this video up.

  • Dude you need to eat some more because your body looks disgusting when your so skinny and muscular

  • YOUR BACK MEN!

  • OUCHE! I ASSUME YOU KNOW BETTER NOW. I SUBSCRIBED. CHECK OUT MY CHANNEL FOR MORE LIFTING TECHNIQUE. THANKS!

  • that is some wiry strength you got there bud.cool vid

  • How you didn't hurt yourself I don't know.

  • HOLY SHIT! form dude! lower the weight... by 3/4 and practice your form!

  • That was really really bad form ! You used nothing but you lower back to complete the lift.

  • @Dmacho78

You know some people use deadlift as back workout. And it won't cause and injury.

  • Bad form just saying.

  • Awful.

  • how tall are you?

  • @Dreadedaries

    5'11"

  • Wow did you just lift all that, with just your back? Thats dangerous.

  • Out of curiosity, how much did you weigh then? And how much now?

  • @DealerCamel

I was about 120 then. At my peak of lifting I weighed 140, but have since stopped lifting regularly. I'm back down to my "regular" weight of 120 now.

  • those shorter plates make it diffiult to start in the right position and they end up throwing off the whole movement. just get two olympic size weights to raise the bar up then you can use any smaller diameter weights with them

  • @Tyler5794 i know what ya mean, i deadlifted 315 with shitty form and i couldnt even bend over to tie my shoes for weeks. ill never do that again :p

  • 250 all back.

  • @kywinner1 im in 8th n my max is 420

  • my back hurts just watching this

  • No wonder your not gaining anything.....you have no form! LOL

  • that was PURE lower back.

  • I bet his back hurt like a mofo the next morning.

  • So lets just take the legs out of the equation and lift with a jerking motion...what could go wrong?

  • bad form, gotta keep your back straight, i deadlift 440 and one day i did it in that bad form and yeah it wasnt a good day for me, that was when i first started out i thought id go for the big weight but realised i couldnt and it put me out of the gym for a week, now i can lift that because i had patience, i trained hard, and i worked on my form so i wouldnt hurt myself again, squats r much funnertho look into that

  • im in 9th grade and maxes 380

  • @kywinner1 im in 10th grade i max at 450.

  • Gross form!

  • am so glad your ok

  • Lol at people that lie about how much they lift on comments

  • I wonder if this guy is all natural..

  • @andcbwk He is 5'11 and 120-140lbs. He is really underweight, so.. yes you are looking at an all natural build.

  • @andcbwk tell me your joking

  • I don't understand how so many people can deadlift and squat such heavy weights with horrible form. I deadlift 215 and when I tried 220 a few weeks ago, I failed the fifth rep and felt a twinge in my lower back, and it was sore for a week. This is mind boggling.

  • @Tyler5794

This was almost two years ago, with 250 pounds, and I didn't hurt myself whatsoever. About three months ago I was taking one of the seats out of my car so I could clean the upholstery.....when I leaned in and lifted the seat (maybe 50 lbs) about an inch off the floor I immediately dropped it and fell over in pain of my lower back. I was bed ridden and couldn't move or walk for 3 days....was on crutches for another two days after, and didn't recover fully for almost three weeks.

  • @boochieboy814 I know, isn't life fucked up like that? This guy I knew said that he was a recreational powerlifter and lifted heavy weight all the time. Then one day as he was getting up out of a lazy boy recliner chair, he threw out his back. How cruel.

  • @boochieboy814 It's cumulative damage from deadlifting with bad form. Deadlift and squat is something you need to serious about. Lower the weight if you can't maintain the form.

  • @boochieboy814 Wait, you actually did this with 250lbs? I thought they were fake plates and you were just demonstrating how not to deadlift.

  • @062112a

They're real plates....you can hear the weight when it hits the floor.

  • @Tyler5794 Yeah! what the fuck! I'm the same way man! I just don't get it!! I got a buddy who deadlifts with 315 with just atrocious form, yet no injury what so ever. Yet if I slap 2 plates on and go for it I'll get a sore back, and I'm a form Nazi when it comes to lower back.

  • @nupersoob I think it's just how you're built. I can DL 350 with any kind of form I want to, but I can't bench more than 175. Some people are just better built for those kind of movements.

  • @Tyler5794

if you train with a curved back you'll strengthen your muscles so that they get used to the motion, theres a professional Konstantin Konstantivos who deadlifts huge weights with that form and never had an injury--body just has to get used to it, but in general your more prone to injury with that form

  • @Tyler5794 It's just a weird thing. I saw this guy 290 do 600 deadlift using nothing but back, and it didn't phase him at all. Just the way God makes some people.

  • @Tyler5794 It's all about the mental.

  • @Tyler5794 maybe you should eat more and train harder do deadlifts every week at a weight you can manage. as soon as you feel comfortable with that throw on an extra 5 or 10 plbs. strength doesnt come with a shitty diet. some people are just naturally strong every ones genetics are different, some have to work harder than others to achieve their goal.

  • @xkakax

I'm currently doing Starting Strength and increasing 5 pounds every workout if I feel that I can. Since I'm only 17 though and live with my mom my diet's kind of at her mercy and since "healthy food is expensive" I'm reduced to cereal and sandwiches being the healthiest things I eat. I try what I can though.

  • @Tyler5794 They're bodies are used to all the snap, crack and poppling

  • @Tyler5794 Some people just don't get injured as easily. I'm not a very experienced deadlifter, only been deadlifting for about 2 months. Currently 135 bodyweight and can deadlift 275 w/ belt, my form isn't amazing cuz my back rounds but I have yet to sustain an injury, been working on lighter weight to better my form though :P.

  • r u not scared for your back??

  • @krzyxbne Place knees behind toes, drop hips and butt, position the lower body if you were to do number 2 in the woods, keep arms straight, shins to the bar, straight/tight back posture, look up NOT at the weight, imagine your lifting a sofa and your chin is resting on the arm of it, lift for a count of 4, hold for 2, lower for a count of 5, pretend that you live in an apartment in you don't want to strike=clang the weight to wake up the first floor tenants..haHa

  • Crazy how everyones' metabolism's different, and hormone levels and such to allow or restrict mass gains. LIFT LIFT PUKE. EAT EAT EAT EAT SLEEP. maxxed my deads at 500lbs and I'm around 190lbs. Took about 3 months now and I started maxxing around 270lbs at about 180lbs with history of powerlifting but no deadlift history. for hardgainers tons of squats, WHOLE MILK, gallon a day on top of lots of food. Check out my upload of a 455lb 1RM deadlift.

  • I don't care how much weight you lift, or if your form breaks on your one rep max. But, for the love of God, please don't work out in jeans. I'll let being shirtless pass because you appear to be in a private establishment.

  • can someone tell me why this is wrong? i dont work out at all just curious why

  • @krzyxbne all back....really bad

  • I love watching people deadlift wrong.. its so funny

  • Dude cant you fuck your back up with it rounded like that lifting.

  • @shampoo02 ya in the description he clearly says how he had no idea what he was doing

  • @Tribalsanne1984 lmaoooooooooooo rite

  • for christ sake you be killed that back if you don't straighten it, damn..

  • That's a stiff legged deadlift so I think the form was spot on! Very nice bro

  • @tymcd07 Whoa! No, his knees were definitely bent, so they were at least RDL's, not stiff-legged DLs. Anyway, even with stiff-legged you're supposed to keep your back controlled (maybe not super straight or concaved).

That being said, the guy said himself that he was doing it wrong. Hopefully he's gotten pretty far by now?

  • That's... Horrible form, man. Damn!

  • well this dude is skinny as hell of course he wont dead lift 500

  • Hey man, you may be skinny but you're anything but frail. You're fast, and strong as an oxe. KNOCK 'M OUT!

  • I use to lift four times what he jus lifted till i took an arrow to the knee

  • Good to see people deadlifting, but please don't go heavy with that insane amount of lower back rounding! Wouldn't want an injury! Just looking out for a fellow dead lifter :P

  • That must be the smallest barbell I have ever seen xD great abs dude

  • Since this video, I deadlifted a Toyota Corolla.

  • @boochieboy814 Since this video, Zyzz dead lifted the whole fucking World, Get ripped, or, die Myrin'

  • im not gonna rag on your size or lift thats better then i can do, but for your health man, learn proper form, your gonna kill your back!!

  • youre ridiculous....

  • How not to deadliest 250....never deadlift that crap in the beginning lol. I'm 16 and I deadlifted 405 x 2

  • @TheHyroi wtf? only 300? i did 405 at that age

  • @lifeDotGov wtf? only 405? i did 560 at that age

  • @MrJervilla wtf? only 560? i did 615 at that age

  • @Mrwhiteloaf only 615 my dad is chuck norris so when i tried to do 625 the weights got scared and lifted themselves up

  • camera man sounds a bit drunk!

  • Hey man great job, just want to tell you im a hard gainer to and if you want to gain weight i'll really tell you a good technique. But first, you probly hear this one all the time: eat as much as you can. It should work but you probly do this and try to stuff yourself like me with minimal results. WELL TRY DRINKING AS MUCH MILK AS YOU CAN. A gallon a day if you can. I cant stress to you enough to try it. I just started a while back and i can already see results. Good luck to you.

  • good job man keep on liftin

  • how did your back feel after that? pretty strong back to be able to do that though, can you check out my channel?

  • what was the point of this video?

  • respect awsome job bro

  • Unaesthetic.

  • check out my channel

  • @cedarfallslifting

Just did man, that's awesome. Keep on pushing forward!

  • How come you don't go for adding on some mass to your tone?

  • straight up spiderman body!! amazing lol

  • You could really hurt your back like that...

  • really good for your weight bro! i have a video of me cleaning 250 if you want to check it out (i also weigh 185 tho haha) your form could have been ALOT better but im sure you have improved, nice lift man dont listen to these haters

  • why would u put a video up "how not to deadlift" if u can seriously hurt uself

  • Hahaha! Dude how's your back!!

  • get some tats and then u'll be badass

  • for a second i was like holy crap this is a heavy curl, iv'e gotta start reading titles of video's...

good effort though man for (125pds) 56.25kg BW - head up - chest out - back streight - arse down - and drive from your legs! you'l be lifting heavier in know time. keep it up

  • I neally broke my back watching this video mate.

  • Hey man, I don't want to down what you're doing. You look like you really enjoy lifting and want to get into shape. However, I would recommend that you stop lifting with your shirt off in these videos and posing for the camera, etc. If you wanna engage in this youtube documentary of your weightlifting endeavors, just let the weights you lift in the videos speak for you, brother.

  • your not a hard gainer. just dont eat enough to gain, only eating enough to maintain.

  • 250 at 125 is weak shit.. smh

  • Everyone starts somewhere, and everybody learns, but for fucks sake don't wear jeans while working out.

  • "Get it up"... Grrrrrtt. "Pose-down" :HAHAHA

  • Wtf? Only 250? I deadlift 225 for reps and I'm a skinny ass 16 year old... my budy does 275.
