When I go to Japan every summer, I feel at least 2 earthquakes per time I go there, and those are only the ones I feel, really, you do not want to wake up whilst an earthquake occurs, its really terrifying

something like this happened to me.... there was a HUGE THUNDER and everyone in my town woke up EXCEPT ME. i had a friend sleep over and he was talking to me and i didnt respond so he thought i was asleep. I REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHAT I MISSED

Daniel, for the next earthquake, if it is high enough on the richter scale, make sure you put a new, sealed piece of equipment on your desk with the video camera rolling. The shaking will make a 'hands-free' unboxing video! Remember, no quakes in south Florida, but you'll have fun ducking the hurricanes, and I don't mean the baseball team.

OMG!!!! I felt it too, I noticed my lamp shaking for about 4 seconds. But I thought it was just me walking quickly around my bedroom. OMG, my first earhtquake. I didn't know it actually happened until I saw this video. I thought it was just me. Thanks =)

I thought someone was trying to break into the house. It's mad though, cos people in countries that actually get proper earthquakes are probably laughing. Places get these kind of tremors regularly, and then big quakes. If by some freak of nature we actually got a proper quake, we'd know about it. I'm sure there are people who suffer quakes and would gladly swap the damage they cause for a few chimneys falling off 80 yr old buildings. Mad eh?

It was a really wierd exspierience, im in south yorkshire,i woke up and the whole house was shaking, my bed was moving and i nearly fell off i was like, omg an earthquake in the UK??! I cant belive so many people felt it though, and how high it was on the richer scale! There was an after shock a 4.00 too, i heard, but no one could of felt that because the magnitude was only 1.5, that isnt enough to wake.

Also, we do have earthquakes like 3 times a week in the UK, just to small magnitude to feel.
