Its the way MPEG compression works, it does not store all the detail of every image/frame of the video just the major changes, some times bits get missed and distorted. @MultiJade Yea they be cat eyes... but most reptiles in real life don't have that amazing eyes and the ones we see in sci-fi shows etc are fake. Cat eyes look evil enough :)
