I played the Aladdin on the SNES, but I had no idea the genesis version looked this different and a little more complex.

@HamonLord A lot of games back in the Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo Days would have games that were the same title but have different storylines and or gameplay. I remember when Beavis and Butthead came out I thought it wasn't too good on the Super nintendo because o f the bad controls but it had a fair storyline

On The Genesis however the game had a better storyline and easy controls

I also thought that music was great and the gameplay was real good, for me personally it's the Snes version FTW!

Mega Drive/Genesis has good music and gameplay but lacking in some area. just look at the lamp level and compare the 2 version and see for yourself....

Just 1 more comparison to prove a point, fighting Jefar is more true to the movie in the Snes version, fight Jefar as normal then the Snake while on the Mega Drive/Genesis you fight him as the Snake strate away and he spews flames too!

Damn i forgot to mention the Atari 2600 :( i had one of those as well just after the CBS Colecovision and although the Coleco was more advanced it lacked the support of the Atari, but yes, the nes was more advanced than both those systems but the C64 was my all time favourite in the 80's until i got my Amiga in 1990 which was more advanced than ANYTHING at that time!
