hey you wanna no how to make someting go off with almsot the power of a grenade?? here/ take a 2 liter bottle and a bike pump(this isnt what you think it is)drill a hole in the lid. next take any type of pump and make sure the hole is smaller than the hose and stuff the hose into the hole make it it can come out. pump up to 80-70 PSI and then stick it on the fire make sure your not close though it will some times blow shrapnel every ware. the smallest flame with set it off. be careful

It has something to do with convection. We did this in my Physical Chemistry Honors Class

Put a very tiny bit of water in the can

heat it up untill it's very hot.

And then flip it upside down in very cold water.

It doesn't always work with all cans, the thinner then can, the more likely for it to pop. Depending if you put it in the water directly upside down, it will shoot upwards too. :)
