I would like to know (speaking of working overnight) how to keep the metabolism up when working shift work. I do a lot of night shifts - messes me up for sure, throws my chemistry off for sure. Any expertise to share?
@s2macdon A magnesium powder (natural calm) before bed is the best way to speed muscle recovery, induce sleep, and keep the metabolism working. Also, daily activity. I used to work shift work, I HAD to do my workout every day to keep myself functioning normally.
@emtildeath Considering I was 4 days into a detox and not eating anything I think I could have mispronounced many more words.
