no. for cutting weapons, the wings are the weakest. for impact weapons,the head is the weakest. also, you would have a hard time attacking the tail with the short range of duals.

It doesn't show that power up. It's an invisible power up, Make sure nothing eles is dropping your attack such as Attack Down.
