@BeautyInNatural2012 I used aspall which u cam get from organic shops or supermarkets like wholefoods. Think Sainsburys stock it too. I am currently using one I got from the Turkish Food Centre (TFC).
(I ask about the VIT E because I watched the video but I wonder if you are generally sensitive to oils... difficult question but I wonder if vit E is a good guy like castor :-) )
I have to try this, thank you! I have a big problem with scars, so I will definitely follow your VIT E advice. Do you consider it a pore clogging oil or have you used it on your whole face/is it more like a spot treatment?
@Aloenera i think vit e is a non comedogenic but i am not 100 % sorry. i have used and continue to use on my entire face with no issues, my face isn't sensitive to oils. another good remedy against scarring are spf moisturisers too.
Using ACV and Green Tea as a toner this past year completely cleared up my adult acne and scars and I have sensitive skin and it didn't strip it. Great stuff. Will try the mask.
Love the video!!! Do you see any more changes since 2010? I really would like to see how your skin look close up in 2011. Thank you for this outstanding video I would try on myself and my son.
hey, i was wondering which acv you use, and where you get it from. i googled it first time heard of acv. i want to make sure i use the righty one.

What are the ingredients in your ACV Green Tea toner? I've been wanting to try this type of toner.

@SeptembersFyre Nothing else apart from the obvious. ACV is Apple Cider Vinegar. I used a a ratio of 1:3 acv to green tea respectively
