Does he knows that its is the first section of the old AdM cablecar, wich is now used as a high voltage power line? The two thick ropes are the old cablecar-ropes, but the trhee thinner ones below are under electricity. To ride a powerline itselfes is not dangerous as far as you're not connected to the earth, but if he touches one of the lower cables in the same time as the upper ones hes getting to be grilled... Guess he did not know about this...
