When I heard that "selling sugar for money" actually meant "selling her body", then the song sounded different to me. SFS is way more deeper and darker than I thought....but at the same time, as said the Corrs, "it's full of hope". Somebody's gonna make it right.

if i remembered it correctly and please someone correct me if i am wrong,, there was a second child, a boy, before sharon was born.. unfortunately, the child died at a very early age.. this explains the 6 years gap of Jim and Sharon.. i hope my explanation is clear..hehe...

That is correct Tracks. The second child, a boy called Gerald, was born @ 2 years after Jim but was run over in an accident not long after Sharon was born

No, the Corrs are Irish and no the parents were not brother and sister, what a horrible thing to say. Andrea, Caroline, Jim and Sharon are brother and sisters along with their other siblings and their mum died a few years ago, i know someone that knows them and lives down from them and says they are really down to earth and nice people.
