There's a few horns on the plow, if you stop it at 1:19 and continue lookin' at the top, you can see 'em.

I don't think it was the horn on the plow. It sounds more like the horn on the locomotive.

It was difficult to tell as I was filming but I think it was indeed the locomotive horn. I have compared it to another clip of 4014 leading and it sounds deeper but that is probably due to the colder weather.

If you look carefully in the cab of the plow neither operator appears to be operating the horn - there are no arm movements that correspond to the various horn blasts.
