Now that Habeaus Corpus and Posse Comataus has been superceeded by the Patriot Acts & Homeland Security laws, how does knowing the fundamentals protect you from a red kneck police officer now being trained by and merged with the milatary in every "state" to be law enforcement officers?
Our people think it is black and white. In jim crow it was white and colored. We started calling our selves black after jim crow. this supports Taj's comment that white is a status and not a classisfication of a people. ,just because they define sonething as negative, does that make it so?
