I really want to know how to astral project, and I've heard all the videos so far, so I just use this one to start off with the relaxing bit, then when it stops I take over from there by myself. Haven't been able to astral project yet, but this video really does help me relax so that's a big help ^_^ I use it to help fall asleep too when I'm having problems sleeping.

@lapmarty astral projection is not a religion in its own, but people do use it for religion. Not everyone uses it for religion. Some just want to experience the extra dimensions and have a feeling of exploration.
