I have a bike, nowhere near as good looking as yours, my Frame is way older, Rally from like forever ago.
Have two New and nice 27" Inch Vuelta rims but I want to get a new frame, what would you recommend me looking for? Nothing extremely expensive but I want an Okay looking Frame, send a pm or reply please, you look like you know what you're doing. It needs to fit my rims and change gears but it has the bike has the old school two lever gear change, does that matter?
@HeroofSomething Well, I got my Leader 715r Frame from ebay about 7 yrs ago. I never had a chance to build it up until now btw it should be done by end of this week. (financial situations and lazyness) but I heard from reviews that they are good. They actually specialize in race (single gear) and fixed gear, so with that, they are very strong.

@strykerhorse Unfortunately, I had to get a 1" headset with spacers, as it doesn't accommodate 1 1/8" . So for It's coming together nicely.
