@TheNapoleon1020 focus on punching from your centerline to your opponents using the entire arm to power the punch(think Bruce Lees one inch punch where you use a specific wrist movement along with normal movement). Repeat until you can to it fast enough. When you're done with that part, learn to rotate along your own centerline to increase the force of your punches.

Why does the 2nd master keep spinning around? I mean, isn't he showing his back to his opponent for a sec? I'm assuming that his style involve a lot of spinning by his legs' position when he landed at 5:34, but I still don't really see the logic behind losing his opponent from sight @_@

Tang Lang? Choy Lee Fut? Baguazhang? There are so many variations to every style, that to look for orthodoxy is nonsense! Even Yip Man, changed his style several times during his life span. You can compare Ho Kam Ming, Lo Man Kan, Moy Yat and Leung Ting, and you'll notice subtle and drastic differences

Nevertheless, I still think the first master's style is tang lang, the second one's baguazhang and the third one's hung gar.

@ReckoSong I never practiced Tang Lang but afaik you're right: it uses wrists to block. This may vary from school to school though and most importantly I'm not sure the movie creators are aware of this principle. Copying a single guard is way easier than copying the whole style's principles, which is why I assumed the styles are Tang Lang, Baguazhang and Hung Gar judging from their guards even though they look nothing like the Hung Gar and Baguazhang I used to practice.
