@lucidlife9 The main thing is a memory of when the world was wiped out by a virus and they had to take to the seas and find a desert island. At the end it shows the mental hospital on that island that the man had to go to from those traumatic experiences he went crazy.

to try to "cure" that negative view and his hate of people

It started with an opie commercial, then moved onto a commercial clip of matt damon saying all men are created equal and we all know he doesen't believe that, then finishes up with a hideously depressing short involving a race of Leonard Nimoys and one of them hallucinating in a mental institution. The whole reason I like pixar type movies more than others anymore is because theyre the only films that don't make me want to open a vein. Keep our cartoons happy FFS.

@Jcolinsol well i dont understand why when the nurse threw the gun in the trey it turned to just pieces of whatever but its like ARK is haunted by his past he was brave enough not to pull the trigger and made a new civilization the fact that he had the disease also meant that he didnt have much time lift anyway but even then he sould make the most out of his life

@animereviewdude No, no. I think the disease was meant to make people crazy and make them hallucinate which was what he was doing at the end of the movie. It turned out he was an old man hallucinating the end of the world and what he had wasn't really a gun, but a door knob. The nurses found him at the top of the building and took it from him.
