What I'm using is a VBA. VBA Stands For Visual Boy Advance. VBA is an emulator of the GBA, and you need to download ROM's (files that end with .gba) to play the games. I do have a GBA, but the cheats here only work on the VBA, because there's added code in the VBA that the GBA doesn't have. Sorry for the long description.

No, I got it off of soahcity . com. Pretty much all Sonic. I haven't used it pretty much since they had re-done the site, but I go there once in a while.

@elborrachitgracioso9 It might be possible, actually, but it'd likely be a whole bunch of codes, and then that might even destroy stability (like the cheats can do that I'd shown) until it's disabled. It doesn't effect the game, but I don't have the games on any of my computers and don't plan to search out more codes, sorry.

all the cheats work exept for the 300 rings in the special stage cheat, i cant get that to work, any help?

You may have a different game code on your rom. Check ifall of the characters are unlocked. If they are, then you got a game that has already been beaten for you. The first time I got a rom, it was fully beaten, and i had to get another one. If not, search Visualboyadvance cheats, Thats what i did to find out how to make vba cheats.

If the game didn't have that special ring hunt thing it would be better. The game itself isn't designed for exploration, it's designed to be ran through while trying not to get killed. It's a pain in the ass to go finding 7 specific locations in either act of each zone without a full picture map of the whole zone to show you where they are or some sort of special ring detector that you earn. I pretty much hate this game for that reason cause you don't get to beat it and see the end till you do.

Yes, is does, because VBA has a different cheat system than gameshark, but if you have a gameshark code, then I would think that it would work. What I posted in the video above is NOT Gameshark, but VBA Cheats.

Ok I have a question, in framerates on video options in camstudio what number do you put on "capture frames every blank milliseconds" and "playback rate"? because I moved a lot of things around and when I record my gameplay it plyas relly weird.

I don't really know. I never even had to touch that. What I had to do is click on the vba window, then it would be normal. I don't think I have ever run into your problem.

What part of it doesn't? If it doesn't work for you, just go to cheat list, then search how many rings you have, it has to be the exact number, and then you will get a bunch of numbers, get another ring, go and do the same thing, except now you change specific to old value and change equal to more than.

That's weird, unless you put it on some other version. if you see those bars next to the rings, it should work. If your going through time attack, that makes it not work, either.

If you mean the ones moved by the cursor, You need CamStudio, and when CamStudio is downloaded and up, Click Tools> Screen Annotations, and choose a sign.
